If the weather had cooperated we would have stayed 2-3 nights. Large sites, quiet, gated. Bathhouse was clean. Laundry was shut down. Nice visitor center where you will register. Small book exchange.

Drove here to check it out. Nice big field. No campers here. Did not check bathhouse but from the out side it looked dirty. Two dogs followed us into the park and did not want us to get out of the car.

Sites are large and private. Nice bathhouse. Lots of tiny ticks. Some noise from 314. $10 was our price with senior pass. 4 sites will have electric soon. Very small lake.

Even on a holiday weekend this campground was almost empty. It’s really set up for off roading. It’s a huge open field with three trees. Lots of sand and dust. No trails. The bathhouse was clean and the showers were hot. No electricity anywhere.... Read more

We did not stay at the state park but at the marina which is part of the state park. There are 9 tent sites and we throughly enjoyed this small campground. The sites are large for tents. You do not park in the site but very close. Not a problem.... Read more
