The Staff Was Friendly With Us We Have No Issues With Them. Very hard to find the right number so here it is. (863) 370-7921. The bathrooms are really bad. There’s lots of tents, and there have been criminal activity there in the past, so watch your children. But with hook ups and if you have your own bathroom, it worked out great for ... more
The Staff Was Friendly With Us We Have No Issues With Them. Very hard to find the right number so here it is. (863) 370-7921. The bathrooms are really bad. There’s lots of tents, and there have been criminal activity there in the past, so watch your children. But with hook ups and if you have your own bathroom, it worked out great for us especially for $20. Beautiful views and fishing however, people do use the shooting range next door.

Arrived and the host was a complete nightmare, Showed up at 7 PM just as it starts to get dark for this time of year, and he walks out and says “what do you want!?, I don’t understand why people always just want to show up when it’s dark and try to get a site”. Arrived and the host was a complete nightmare, Showed up at 7 PM just as it starts to get dark for this time of year, and he walks out and says “what do you want!?, I don’t understand why people always just want to show up when it’s dark and try to get a site”. We needed to play so I gave them a traveler story, and settled in for the night. The next day I talked to him he seemed like an older fisherman that’s just trying to enjoy life and all things were well, but just be aware initially he can be a pain in the butt. Temperature there was good view was good everything was OK we had a good time, the locals are set in for the season and are a little bit of this and that. But it’s fine. Power is included and each site has pressurized water. Showers were OK and bathrooms were fine.

Beautiful location on thousands of small lakes that would be wonderful for kayaking. Campground is not very nice and the manager was so nasty we left.

While there is nothing really wrong with this campground, it remains a last choice for us. The campground is small and the sites are close together. Some of the sites are large enough for any RV....
