"On the water and cheap"

It is a parking lot but you are right in the harbor. Lots of waterfront sites. No frills. Great cell service on att and Verizon. Short drive to town.

Easy dump as long as the parking spots near it are empty. There is a water spigot, but not one that we would use to fill our tanks. Its right over the dump hole.
