Nice little community park right by the river Town of 300. There is no dump station in the park or anywhere in the town the water has signs that say it's not potable. It has three spaces that have electric ours has 50 amp which is great to go see... Read more

Very easy to get to spots are large grassy areas. The staff is very friendly and the Wi-Fi is amazing! There is about a quarter-mile of decent dirt road to you to the park that would be the only negative if you were looking for one.

Very easy to get in and out and all the sites are pull throughs. The park and the laundry room or neat as a pin and the people are very friendly. Most of the sites seem to be about 60 foot long so will accommodate any size rig.

Just a little ways north of Phoenix very easy to get to wide roads big spaces laundry room spotless the only negative are they huge speed bumps everywhere.
