Pull thru was long enough for my 34ft TT & 14 Pass Van without unhooking. Easy access in and out and noise from semi trucks wasn't enough to disturb me either awake or asleep.
Staff was efficient and friendly and I really enjoyed meeting all 3 cats. The common area has a small library and laundry room and a large TV as well as coffee.
I stayed over an extra day because of the winds and enjoyed the respite from the highway. Safety first!
I look forward to staying here on my return trip

The previous reviews were overly generous in my opinion. I’ll agree that the sites were level but, had the park been full, I would have been sharing the pedestal with another rig that would have been close enough to pass a cup of sugar to. The access is easy, there was a nice outdoor gathering area, the wifi was good and the owners are very nice but that folks, is about all I have to say on the “pro” side of things. It’s noisy. Right now, which is beyond the park’s fault, there is major road construction going on that started before 5:00 am this morning. It will end eventually but how about the semi traffic? I’ve never seen as many semis rolling down the road short of an expressway and the noise they generate would kind of negate the use of that nice outdoor area. Next ding and this is a major one in my opinion is the sole bathroom/shower. I didn’t see the fancy piano bathroom but after hearing about it, I assumed the camper bathrooms would likely be nice. NOPE. One bathroom/shower for the entire campground and it looked like a dungeon. After waiting for what seemed an interminable amount of time for my turn, I found the lock on the door is rather flimsy and when someone tried to open the door for their turn in the dungeon, it looked like it was going to be pulled completely off. Poor value at $40, if nothing else.

However, they had a very cute outdoor common area with a couple of firepits, covered tables and dinosaur statues. Yes, dinosaur statues. They have cabins as well, although I'd just call it an attached motel, which was clean and nice. Staff were very friendly. They also sell local eggs. Like really local, the chickens were about 50 feet from our campsite. Office area has lots of cool trinkets to look at. The bathroom near the office is a must-see, unless you've ever been in a bathroom with a piano, then by all means don't bother going there. A fair amount of road noise. This place isn't a destination in itself, however, it's probably your best option for an RV park in this area and was overall a good experience.

Great stop for an overnight between Denver and Dallas. Desert landscape so no grass. Small pet area that i wish was larger. Very flat and easy on and off from hwy 287. Unique design and layout allows you to park without unhooking toad. FHU. Great staff and we'll use this area again.

Stopped here on our way to Wolf Creek to ski. Everything was easy, calling to verify they had room for us, check in, ease of pulling into a LEVEL site, elec, wi-fi, and a very pleasant staff!
Not noisy, very little road noise.
Will stop here on the trip home.

Kids double dipping on electronics and no problems!
Full hook ups with 50 AMP. They have a little dog park and is only 10 mins from A super Walmart. Highly recommend.

As another reviewer mentioned, the set up is a little different, with campers side to side. The good news is that meant we did not have to unhook. There are a few full-time folks but the ones I spoke with were great. The dog park is a great bonus as well.
I am sure we will stay here again.
