We needed somewhere to stop through Colorado for one night and this was a great choice! We were not sure how long we would stay due to snow and the staff was incredibly helpful and nice over the phone letting us know we would be put in a spot that would allow additional nights stay if needed. The property is very clean, cutely decorated, and...

The staff were friendly, site hook ups were all good. There are some permanent rigs and a bit noisy at night, people talking. We had no problems with anything being secure, just a little noisy. Pool was drained and looked like maybe under repair, bathrooms were clean but VERY outdated. Sites are a little close. Easy drive into Mesa Verde from...

"Cute Place"

We camped the last week they were open. So no water and the bathrooms were closed. We are self contained so it wasn’t a problem and we had reduced rates. The staff was friendly and helpful. We had to contact them after hours because of a road closure and the response was quick and helpful.

Such a nice place, personable staff - so well kept up, with nice amenities … clean modern showers, washer and dryers, community room, putting green with clubs. It’s a short 1/2 mile walk to downtown where we found a nice little brew pub - Spare Keg Brewerks - a good spot!
