Such a nice place, personable staff - so well kept up, with nice amenities … clean modern showers, washer and dryers, community room, putting green with clubs.
It’s a short 1/2 mile walk to downtown where we found a nice little brew pub - Spare Keg Brewerks - a good spot!

This fairly new park is so nice! We were surprised how nice it really was when we pulled in. The staff at the front desk was helpful and even went outside with us to make sure our code would work in the door that we could use after the office closed. The office is in the same building as the clubhouse. It has women/men restroom and showers, a laundry room, an exercise room and a great room that has a tv, couch and a table with chairs. Outside there is a pergola with a table and four chairs (w cushions) that swivel. We took advantage of those said chairs one evening and just took in the cool breeze and view of the campground. They also have a small putting green w/ a set of clubs, corn hole. On the other end of the park they have a Gaga ball pit, horseshoes and a dog park (we don’t have a pet, but I would have to say if I did, that I would have been majorly disappointed in the dog park. It was so small!) the Rv sites were nice. We had full hookups and a pull through (That is a marriage saver!) there is a patch of grass between each site with a picnic table. They do not want you to put out a rug on the grass so you do not burn the grass. It was clean and quiet park. It has a gate which after 7pm closes and you need to use your code (which is given to you at check in) and also a pedestrian gate that you can take to town. We walked to town but there wasn’t much going on, except they did have many restaurants! We tried two of them while we were there and they were delicious! We went to Woody’s Q Shack (bbq) and The Purple Pig Pizzeria. We used this Rv park as our base camp as we traveled to the Great Sand Dunes National Park and Zapata Falls.

Very clean, well-maintained facilities! Laundry, bathrooms/showers, putting green, lounge areas, dog run all very nice. Also feels very secure with the pedestrian and vehicle gates. Easy walk into downtown, too.

This RV park was very nice, clean, and had great amenities. The WiFi worked well, the customer service was great, and it was in a great location to restaurants, Walmart and gas stations. We would definitely stay here again.

Quick stop for a Sunday evening - park is close to downtown. Walked to Square Peg and enjoyed a beverage. Showers were roomy and warm - loved the workout room.
Only downside is the road approaching the park is full of potholes.

Site was amazing and quiet. Was very enjoyable for 1st time dry docking. Teenagers loved it as did the toddler.
Road in was very well maintained. We were actually surprised by amount of traffic in/out.

If you’re coming through Alamosa you won’t find a more convenient location. The owners were sweet & keep the property spotless. It has lots of grassy areas & the best wifi we’ve ever had.
