The site was level, and bigger than we expected, about 2 sites away from the bathrooms/showers. Everything was clean and in great condition.
We will definitely be staying here again, and bringing friends!

This is a nice new park with great views and dark skies. We were greeted by the owner when we arrived and given a choice of a couple sites. He is also a wealth of knowledge about the area and restaurants. The sites are huge and owner has plans to add some landscaping- which is all it really needs. Not too much to do at the park, but as the name indicates, it’s a good base camp to hike and fish from, visit the sand dunes!

Fortunately, the wifi is the BEST we've ever experienced at an RV park. I don't usually ever even try to connect to an RV parks wifi, but this one, this one actually worked and worked well!
The spots are GIANT. I was shocked at all of the space we had in our spot.
The numbers a lit up so you can see which spot is yours at night. Great touch!
The park was clean, SUPER well managed, and we just had a great experience.
If we are ever in the Alamosa area again, we will definitely stop for a few days.
Bonus, it's right next to a Verizon tower, so even if you don't use the park wifi, you'll be connected if you have Verizon.
