Very impressed with this park and would definitely stay again. They do charge per person, so our rate was $25 a night for a party of 2 (no limit on power or water consumption). This park was clean, had great amenities, friendly office staff, and friendly residents. This park looked to be more of a 55 and over community and more long term RVers. The long sites and wide streets were more than adequate to fit our 42 foot 5th wheel. They have some pull through spots, ours was a back in spot. The office staff was great and upon our request moved us to a new site so we could have the sewer hookups and electric on the correct side of our rig. They had shuffle board, horseshoes, heated pool and hot tub, bath houses, community room, a dog park, and laundry mat on site. The place was kept immaculate. Not far from Valley of the Fire, Lake Mead, and not far to drive into Las Vegas. In addition, we arrived very early and they had a nice large gravel lot we parked in until our spot was open. The office staff even advised we could drop our rig there and head out to explore. There is a nice large grocery store, gas station, and hardware store within walking distance of the park. We didn't have much trouble with the park wifi and were able to watch Netflix and YouTube with no problems.

This is mostly a month to month place with 60 people on the waiting list to get in a monthly spot. It’s very popular with a fantastic community of 55 and older. Everyone is very friendly including the staff. The grounds and ground crew are exceptional. Sites are very spacious. Water/sewer and power on all sites. Some have cement pads some are gravel. They do have openings come up and we were able to stay a whole week. Weekly charges for power which was $5 start fee + $.09 per Kw. Monthly rate $310 weekly rate $125 daily $25, there is no charge for power for nightly stays. They have a chart for after hours arrivals that shows if there are vacancies and has a drop box to pay.
There are horseshoe pits, bolo, a nice shuffleboard area, a ping pong table, and community library. Daily sign up for activities. WiFi worked most of the time without a booster. The pool is heated and clean. The hot tub was wonderful and no smell of chlorine. Nice showers and a pay laundromat. They have an enclosed dog area although they only allow smaller dogs.
Located in town with a gas station across the street and a grocery store just down the street. Not far from Valley of Fire State Park and there are a tons of OHV trails. We loved everything about our stay.

So we drove to 40 miles out of the way and when I got there I found out the website price did not include electric for a week. Lady could not tell me what the average cost for the electric was so that's very open-ended or I could pay a hundred and seventy-five that would include the electric not the hundred and five they advertise. So I drove to Las Vegas and found a park for the same amount I just don't like the false advertising.

The RV park is quite large and our site had concrete patio. No cable, but was able to pull up 32 channels,
Wi-fi spotty with Verizon. Sites long enough for our 27 foot travel trailer and Dodge Ram. Pool and laundry open until 9 pm. Haven't used restrooms so can't comment on them. Wish we could stay more than one night !!
Only 12 miles to Valley of Fire state park, and somewhat close to Lake Mead.

“Only small dogs allowed”
noted 5/4/2019
Called to see about availability for a few days and when I asked if dogs were ok she asked what size. I said large lab that’s 12 years old. She said only little dogs allowed. I reiterated that our old dog just sleeps all day and the reply was only little dogs. Shame...lost a customer today. Our big dog never barks yet everywhere we stay the “little” dogs bark at him!
