Can’t beat the price! 5 minutes off I-10 at the Love’s exit. Super convenient. And yep, Mike is the nicest guy! Will stop again.

The owner is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. We have stayed here two times so far and for $22 full hookup 50 amp it's pretty hard to go wrong. We stayed in a pull through that had to be 80 foot or better.

The previous reviews speak of Mike's helpfulness so I'll skip over that. Just a note that these spots are just gravel parking, no fire ring, no table, but new utilities that are very clean. Also in town (1-2 miles) on S. Crockett Ave. just before the Post Office is a terrific Laundromat for $1 wash and $2 dry (does 2 loads at once), and it's very well maintained. There is also a small grocery store near the Dollar General store.
Another bonus is that the cell coverage is terrific, a little better for Verizon than AT&T. No cell booster needed.

Setup and pull through was easy. Sites are level. The owner is a nice guy and likes to be there when people arrive. Good for an overnight.

Our truck broke down while pulling our 5th wheel on I-10 near Sonora on a Sunday afternoon. Unfortunately, the truck was going to need to be towed 65 miles away (San Angelo) for repair. We found this place and can not say enough on how helpful Mike (owner) was in helping us out. The overnight sites are in the back of a mobile home park and Mike has about 12, full hook-up sites in an open, gravel lot. He met us in front of the mobile home park and helped us find the sites. He even helped us with hooking up. There are no amenities, but for a quick overnight, the place is perfect......and Mike is one of the most helpful owners we’ve met.

Great for an overnight stay. Mike, the owner, was awesome! Met us at the entrance and took us to our spot. Even helped hook up. Couldn’t ask for a nicer experience.

Just needed a stop for the night on our way to San Antonio. Took previous reviews into account and called Mike. Couldn’t find a nicer, more helpful guy. We could’ve stay at the waysides, but with the heat we elected to get the FHU. Just can’t beat it for $22. (Mike does prefer cash, no CC). The open lot was back in the town. Mike will lead you there, so be sure to call him. We were the only ones there in a Saturday night. It was quiet and I could walk my dog off leash. He had a dumpster right there and all the utilities were up to date. Verizon was great to stream all we wanted with our jet pack. We have a 36’ Class A with a tow. Some narrow streets and speed bumps, but Mike lead us through just fine. For a good nights sleep, I highly recommend!! 👍

This was a nice overnight stop between San Antonio and El Paso. Mike the park owner is very nice and helpful. They have a couple parallel pull through sites easily accessible for big rigs towing.

I did laundry and didn’t feel the MH move when the washer was spinning. Water pressure was good. Cell service was good. Mike, the owner/operator, guided us in to our spot from the time we got off I-10. Be sure to call him if you have a big rig, as GPS will take you down a less desirable street. He was very nice and helpful. We would definitely stay here again.
