I didn't see any while there but Mike the owner is so nice. I would suggest you call Mike and ask, he will probably help you out

Not sure - maybe. You can call the guy with any questions. It's more or less in a neighborhood, so tent camping may not give privacy, unless he has a fenced area we don't know about.
