We stayed 3 night in the off season. Very quiet. There were 3 rigs when we stayed. Uses an automated gate that takes credit card. Only charged us $10 for our entire stay. Use the barcoded receipt to go in and out. We did day trips to the Nat Parks. Don’t miss the Creamery in Beaver!!!

We are staying on site 28 which has a stunning view of Minersville lake.
It's the middle of August and the temperature is in the 60s, cool and comfortable. A nice respite from 100° in Moab yesterday.
Bathrooms are very clean and an automatic heater comes on when you enter.
Cell service was very spotty but not a problem when all you really want to do is take in the view.
Each campsite has a fire ring 🔥 and a picnic table under an enclosure.
Many mature trees for shade.

Clean, long hot showers, lots of activities, great flowers. Out of staters pay $10 more ($35). Some confusion about entering. Pay your $10 at the gate, then walk back to do the remainder at box!!

Stayed here in January of 2023. Seems like it would be a fun place in the summer, but we were the only ones there when we stayed. Bathrooms were clean and seemed newer. Bathrooms that contained showers were closed for remodel.

There is a dearth of campsites with hookups in the Western Utah/Eastern Nevada area, so we were glad to have such a pleasant experience at Minersville Lake Park (a Beaver County park). I had originally booked a back-in site overlooking the lake (#23) but the camp host called to let us know that we would have to use a different site due to construction repairs, so we ended up choosing a pull through (#31). We stayed a Monday night in mid-September 2021, so the park was not crowded (<50%) and therefore very quiet. Campsites are on gravel, reasonably level but slope down towards the lake have shade structures and picnic tables, W/E and access to the dump station. we observed that for some sites the utilities were awkwardly placed. There were a few fishermen using the lake, but the water level was quite low because of drought conditions.

An out of the way place. Level site with shelter which helped to deflect the wind. Nice walking trail and good access to the lake. Altogether a nice place to stay.

Saw a couple of 5th wheels parked off by the water. Not sure if they have Boondocking rates. The deal breaker was the dump though. We boondock and only stay in parks when it's the best dumpling alternative. This wasn't. The dump drainage was so slow it took me nearly 1-1/2 hours to dump. No camp host on duty so not sure if that's a recent development. I dumped on the way in and was going to stay a few days then dump on the way out. Decided to just stay the one night so I don't have to leave here and head right for another dump and lord knows I'm not going through another episode of waiting for the dump drain to catch up. I'd hate to see the line when people try to dump on the way out in the AM.

Very happy to find this Very pleasant $20 overnight with electricity, water, and dump station. Plenty of sites available midweek drive-up, or reserve online (more than a few days in advance, apparently - but you can see on the system what has been reserved). Reservoir is currently low but still a few folks fishing from small boats, 22” trout is a keeper. Sites nearest entrance for larger rigs. Pull throughs along water (sort of) are a little confusing because they share pedestal with neighboring site, but fine if you don’t need to battle out 50A vs 30A. I can see the issue with site confusion per prior reviewer, but not really a problem (at least yet) in early midweek off season when plenty of sites are open. I can’t comment on bath and shower, don’t use those.
