They have a Mexican restaurant on site, but we are traveling on the cheap so we don’t eat out. Looked busy though. The laundry machines were old, but worked just fine. Quaint place in a lovely town. We would definitely stay here again.

We arrived at 4:30 and got the last site, which turned out to be a great spot. No one next to us and easy in and out. Mostly permanent residents in the campground but about 1/2 dozen spots for transients. Maria (host and restaurant owner) was really nice and helpful. She said they have owned the place for over 30 years. Although it looks like they haven't done much in the way of improvements in that time, it's quiet and well-located for an overnight stay.
I think the normal price is $35 but we paid $30 since our site didn't have a sewer hookup (which we didn't need). They had to run an extension cord from a nearby site to get us power, but that wasn't an issue either.
Most of the permanent-resident sites were pretty messy, but we were near the front and didn't have to look at them unless we walked around the park. Maria's Cocina, the onsite Mexican restaurant, was great. The tacos were excellent. It looked like lots of locals frequent the restaurant.
The showers were fine, like the rest of the place they are a little rough but the water was hot and plentiful.
Despite the downsides, we would stay again.

Lots of permanent sites without many residents. I’m assuming it’s weekend get aways for a lot of them. Ski resort, state parks, and lakes close. Maria’s restaurant had some really good beef tacos. Stayed two nights using PA discount at $17.50/ea. and one at regular rate $35.

Laundry 5 lg driers and 4 lg washers, all working. Wash $2 dry 75 cents x 2 to get them dry. Well lit laundry with books and mags. Small folding table but it works. Spaces a little close but covered tables at each space. Many large trees for shade. Refuse bins thru out the park. Good water, elec and sewer connections at each site. A lot of the spaces are for full time residences but plenty of daily spots. This one is off the freeway so no noise. Shopping is close by but can be a little speedy. They have every kind of fast food or even a few restaurants near the freeway.

Now, clean campground in Beaver. They don’t take reservations. We pulled up on Thursday at 5:15 pm and we got a very large pull thru, 30 amp, FHU. We also ate at Maria’s Cocona. Pleasant staff and first rate service.

Call the day of arrival and you will talk with Maria. There’s a Mexican restaurant located in the campground. We arrived around 1PM and was warmly greeted and walked to our site
We had a Passport America rate and they do appreciate when you pay with cash or check
Awesome deco that reminds you of years gone by

Kind of a strange spot that I couldn’t really level without unhooking, which I did not want to do. But it was fine for one night and I got to try the Mexican restaurant. I agree with another reviewer that even the spicy was pretty mild (fir me). But they were friendly. Check in hosts were also very friendly. Would stay again if I could get in. It would be nice for a longer stay.

The camp ground, while having older, what appeared to be long term rentals was very clean. I didn't use any of the other facilities.
I ate in the restaurant like several others recommended. It's rated 4.6 on Google as of this post. Not much to look at (quaint would be a good term). But the food was very good.
The young man checking me in was also very nice.

Run by helpful nice people, grounds tidy, bathrooms clean. I was parked near front, so some road noise. Town is small (one stoplight), but has a great cheese shop run by the local dairy farmers. Everyone encountered was pleasant. Mexican food restaurant at camp ground was great.
