A couple of permanent residents. NO WATER. Sites are not anywhere close to level. The dump station is useless because you can’t get close to it.

"Still one of the best spots in TX"

It’s been 2 years since I was last here and trimmed all the trees in camp and the main road leading in. What a difference it made. Surprisingly some of the branch pile is still here. Perhaps next time I’ll mow the grass and make it into a lawn.

Price is now 25 for trailer and 15 for tents. Spots are pull through with power and water. Lots of Mud Dobbers. I’m talking LOTS.

"Mistake. Not for longer rigs"

It’s made for trailers up to 26 foot. Narrow and winding roads. I was lucky to find a place I could turn around.

The app says 8. But it’s actually 16. Definitely on the water in the open so be ready for wind.
