The place is just barely OK for overnight. Yes it has hookups. No table. No fire. About 50 pounds of gravel per slot.
It’s like someone started building the park and just quit after putting in Utilities.

The only reason we will not return is the amount of full time campers there, in decrepit trailers. The back 2 rows had trailers with tarps and bricks on them, siding and door pieces falling off of the trailers, crap stacked halfway up the unit around the outside. Dogs running loose. You can be full time and not a hoarder! None of the images on the Internet are a correct representation, no trees, grass, or landscaping.

Simple, basic site! If you ever found yourself owning farm land by a major highway, but did not want to farm it, well, here you go! Simple, basic site! If you ever found yourself owning farm land by a major highway, but did not want to farm it, well, here you go! Every site has full hookups with 15/30/50 amp service, sewer, and water. The sites are grated/gravel and the roads are unpaved hard packed dirt (with a few pot holes, but not bad if you just go slow). The facility hosts long term campers to overnighters. There is apparently is a pool, but I did not seek it out. Cell reception for AT&T was full 5 bar, 5G, per my S21. And the site is only about 3 min from Dumas, so, town trips work out quickly, as the first main building you get to is Walmart. It is right off of 287, so there might be some highway noise...but my AC masked that completely. This is however NOT a "resort" in what most people are thinking it would be. It is just a massive flattened farm lot that is now an RV park. No frills, but does the job!

Basic spot. Roads are soso some looked like dirt roads and not the best of condition. Hardly any road noise. Not very well keep park but it works fine for an over nighter. Friendly staff.

We needed spot for overnight and there were some available spot. Right of Hwy 287 south of Dumas. Entry, roads, and sites are all gravel/sand/dirt, thank goodness it’s a dry area.
