Overall Rating

There is nothing fancy about this place and it's definately not for high-maintenance types, but it's right outside Twin Lakes and about 15 minutes to Leadville. The owners are friendly and helpful, and the cabins are reasonably priced. It is not an RV park, but if they have space available, they will let you park for a nominal fee. Obviously, call ahead.
