huge sites, great facilities. Right by beach but it’s a hike downhill.

Spa closed New Year’s Day when we wanted to use it. Staff is around but not intrusive. Trash service. Full hook ups. Pavers on sites. Showers basic but clean.

Hike to the beach was steep but beautiful. We snuck in past the “campground full” signs and found several open and camped next to a nice family in a cabin rental. Lots of beautiful hikes and meadows in the campground areas.

Arrived after hours and snuck past the 24’ max signs. Was tight but we fit. Only a few spots are big enough. Tight to get through large redwood trees lining the roads. Showers and restrooms were maintained well.

Parked by the scales at 3 am. The lot attendant was around all night so we felt safe. Must park in top lot past diesel pumps. Was ok for our long trip. Areas to walk dogs and not lots of thru traffic.

Walked into casino to sign up for players card then showed the rv security my card. Got a spot next to some open sand dunes with free electricity 50 amp!

Great location especially when trying to drive over the grapevine. Busy lot with lots of trucks but we found a spot between rigs and slept well. Lots of trucks coming and going but felt safe.

Pulled in around 7:30pm and stayed the night in the truck parking area! Fairly level, big grassy areas, new restrooms but cold steel toilets! Safe. Occasional train honking during nighttime passing.

Great location off highway. Cool stream but stepped on the mesquite thorns that are cut and then piled up everywhere. Dogs got hurt, kids got stuck deep on their foot!!! Ouch. Our site was filthy with trash and old oil soaked rugs but we moved... Read more
