35ft a no problem getting in and out. Go slow on dirt road that is just past a fancy estate neighborhood. Lots of walkers and joggers on the dirt road... made us feel safer and not in total boondocks. Previous camper left food and trash.

We parked at 12:30 am and only about 5 trucks and us were there. Parked by a tree and since it’s off the street I played fetch with dogs off leash. Plenty of dumpsters and shaded trees. Virtually flat so we didn’t put levelers out!
