Overall Rating

Great location especially when trying to drive over the grapevine. Busy lot with lots of trucks but we found a spot between rigs and slept well. Lots of trucks coming and going but felt safe.

“Did Not Feel Safe. Stay Northbound”

I did not stay here. Went around and stayed at Northbound. I came in afternoon on a Sunday. People were just roaming around trying to sell random stuff. Others were vagrants (not people with vehicles) just sitting around and set up little resting spots all over. Because of this, it was extremely crowded. I am a solo traveler, ... more

We arrived around 7:30pm. Even though it says "no overnight parking", the workers didn't enforce it. Our spot was a little uneven but we didn't mind. I'm always a little wary of rest stops but this one seems used enough by a wide range of people (families, solo travelers, couples), that it felt safe.
