There is water, bathrooms with showers. Lots of privacy on spacious sites. It's full but quiet.

"Noisy And No Security Seen"

Parking lot was easy to find and clean. We have stayed in a similar site in New Orleans which was wonderful. New Orleans was clean, quiet and patrolled by the police station across the street. This site was disappointing. Only 1 small trash... Read more

"New campground "

We stayed here for just one night and it was a very pleasant high desert campground with large lots clean bathrooms and shelters over picnic tables. If you take primitive lot you do not get the shelter and you have no full hook up hook ups but... Read more

"Glorious "

Winter camping beneath snow covered towering trees. In the winter many of the roads are closed . But we essentially had the whole place to ourselves. Loved every minute of it.

"Amazing and magical"

The drive down was easy for us since we only had an RV that was 15 feet long. It would be very intense if you had a large camper. The Cataloochee valley is stunning and the wildlife is numerous. Great trails to hike on. The host was amazing and we... Read more
