Office is closed so communication is via phone. We pulled in and was greeted by someone to check us in and take us to our site. Large, level, pull-through sites. Picnic table at each site. Full hook ups, cable. Electric was charged separately. We never saw if there were restrooms and/or showers. Location was good for us to explore surrounding area. Laundry room available. Sierra Vista was about 20 minutes away for groceries, gas, etc. we are giving a 4 star rating only because it seemed like a lot of amenities were closed. The website says there is a pool, but it was closed. And there was no office that we could tell that was open. As with most RV parks, there were a few washers/dryers that were out of order.

Spacious park between tombstone and Huachuca City. Nice laundry and Mail room on site. Curbside propane service is a nice touch. The abundance of quality hiking trails in the area will keep me coming back. Quiet and friendly experience.

Camp host John and Cathy would go out of their way to make you feel comfortable! John loves taking other campers out with their side by sides and showing them different highlights in the mountains-old mines, ghost towns, Cochise’s hideout. Cathy worked her magic to accommodate us for a longer stay! I docked one star for no pool, activity room, and no public bathroom with showers. Dog park was a nice size, but they could use an outdoor light nearby. Miles of hiking or off-roading from the campground. Very quiet park with very friendly campers. Right off the highway, but minimal traffic noise. Sierra Vista, 20 miles away, has all shopping needed. We hope to be back next winter…

The staff here was super friendly and helpful. Other campers are friendly. Most spaciously positioned sites I’ve ever experienced at a private campground. They lose a star because they are still playing the Covid card as a reason for not having the office and community room open. Also the WiFi was garbage and we were right next to the WiFi tower. They would do so well to have a camp store so we didn’t have to run to town for incidentals. Otherwise a great place!

This was our first time ever in an rv park, thank goodness for one of the full time RV’s staying there who helped us figure out to how to turn the water on. We did love it though.

We stayed a couple of days in February during Covid. Super nice friendly staff. We checked in over the phone and were met at our spot which was D-2. Great views from this premium outside row spot. . Good space between spots. Close to the laundry but not to close. Good WiFi. I think the repeater is on the laundry building. After electricity (.17 Kw) we paid a little over $40 a night. Miles of easy hiking/biking paths around the park and just down the road that are all dog friendly. Plenty of room for the biggest of class A's even pulling 16 foot trailers. Level site with concrete patio with picnic table. Club house/ pool/ etc were closed (Covid) but they sure looked nice from afar. We met friendly snow birders who return every year. Reasonable monthly rates and I would snowbird here once the pool opens!

We stayed here the first of the year, the people are very friendly and helpful. In meeting a dozen or so fellow campers, most are repeat customers and stay here every year. The park has cable tv which is great but in 2 different sites it comes in really fuzzy. The other campers said this is normal. They have a very nice, well maintained, indoor pool and hot tub. A library, pool room, large lounge for hanging out, using WiFi, or watching tv. They have activities almost everyday, and breakfast on Sunday morning for a couple of bucks. Very nice walking trails on both the east and west side of the park. Park is very pet friendly, except the clubhouse. Nice pet fun with toys and fresh water.
My only down side was that the WiFi is spotty the closer to the clubhouse you are the better it works. We have a TOGO WiFi hotspot through at&t, the signal is pretty weak at the park. The laundry is a nice building but only 2 out of 6 machines works and same with the dryers. I was told for whatever reason the owners won't spend any money on updating the machines.
They won't honor any discounts during the winter months and have an additional charge of .17 per kw for electricity. This brings the daily cost to almost 40 per day which is on the high side. The monthly rate is a really big savings if you plan on staying for that long.
I will stay here again when I pass through. The electric surcharge and higher price is the only thing that kept me from 5 stars.

Tombstone Territories is super clean. There are guys working from one end to the other on the sites & grounds. Management is so kind & helpful. They have laundry, showers & covered pool. Dog runs & poop bags everywhere so please pick up after your pet! This year they did start charging $10 for pets. No problem. We had a Javelina walk right through our rv site! He or she was about 40 lbs. I’d never seen one in person before.
Come & stay awhile here! It’s quiet & very wide & long pull thrus. While you’re here...don’t forget to visit Big Nose Kate’s Saloon in Tombstone. Yummy food & live entertainment. Plus checkout the gunfight at the OK Corral!😎
