Pull-through FHU 50 amp. All gravel. Site #47.
General: It's a decent place for a quiet stay. As other reviews mention, mainly long-term folks and all are welcoming. The side street leading to the campground is a bit bumpy with potholes so take it slow and all is well.
Staff: Staff are very nice and helpful.
Sites: Bare necessities. Primarily nicely compressed gravel with a raised small concrete slab for patio area.
Campground Road: Paved.
Campground WiFi: Sometimes could connect and do very light work. Unable to connect to VPN for work and unable to stream.
Grounds: Clean and maintained really well. They were replacing electrical pedestals while we were here so that shows that they intend to continue improving.
Bathrooms/Showers: Did not use.
Laundry: Did not use.
Location: 15 min from Kartchner Caverns, 25 min from Tombstone, 45 min from Bisbee, 35 min from Coronado National Monument.
Near highway: Yes. Close to highway (not an interstate though) and light highway noise if that bothers you.
Near train: No.
Cell using booster: Both AT&T (3 of 4 bars sometimes full bars—4G) and Verizon (3 of 4 bars sometimes full bars—4G) worked well. Worked on VPN just fine and have Zoom meetings without problem. Could stream as well.

We stayed here for a couple weeks because we needed to wait for some repairs to be done on our rig in Tucson. The park was mostly long term campers but everyone was very nice. The park is located so you can easily check out Tombstone, Bisbee, and many other areas. When we were there the park was in the process of being sold.

Large sites are quite large, we were in a regular pull thru with a 42' 5th wheel and had room for tow vehicle plus 4runner. We are full timers so have issues sometimes with 2 vehicles, they had no issues. Right behind RV City makes it easy to locate. Nice central spot for all the stuff to visit. No road noise at all. WiFI actually quite fast from our spot and free. Not a fancy park, if you want a pool and all the stuff we never use you probably would not like this park. Has laundry on site with newer machines. Everyone we ran into was friendly.
