We did not plug in Starlink to try it, but we had Verizon, AT&T, and T-mobile and none of them had a signal strong enough to work from. There are a few sites higher up (22 and around that) that are mentioned in these reviews that made me think it was a possibility, but we drove there today and realized it wasn’t. We ended up leaving since we both work remote and found a campground near by (Courthouse Rock Campground) and it has a great signal. Not far from Arches NP.

Most of the sites were pretty nice whether in an RV or tent camping.
On December 1 they close half of the CG with the remaining half open year round.

Here you're high up and amongst the beautiful sandstone formations of Arches National Park.
The campground: This is the only campground inside the National Park, and it is located at the very back of the Park. Be warned; traffic often backs up at the entrance to the National Park. Once inside the Park, the drive from the Visitor's Center to the campground can take between 30-60 minutes depending on traffic. Staying here is one of the best ways to explore the Park. There's a trailhead not far from the campground, and being able to wake up inside the park allows you to skip the entrance traffic and get a head start before the crowds flood in.
My campsite had a large concrete pad for parking, a picnic table, and a firepit. The area I set up my tent was dirt, but here that basically means sand. Be ready to have sand everywhere (totally worth it though). I had nightly deer visitors that enjoyed munching on the juniper nearby. The bathroom for my site was a 1-2 minute walk. The bathrooms consisted of flush toilets, sinks, a large outdoor sink for dishes, plus access to drinking water.
The area: If you're traveling from 70, there's not a ton between 70 and the entrance to Arches National Park, but Moab is only about ten minutes from the Park entrance. Arches National Park is vast. It has plenty of scenic spots to pull over on the drive between the entrance and the campground, and lots of different trails to hike with varying difficulty. Even if you're not a hiker you can still enjoy the beauty of this place.
Booking: I camped here in the offseason (November) when it's first-come first-served, and arrived on a day where there was no host. So, once I found my spot, I put my payment in an envelope found near the host entrance. It's worth noting that on days where there's no campground host or park ranger, you cannot buy firewood at the campground.
Cell service: Verizon was unreliable. Sometimes I would have enough service to stream a hockey game, and other times, in the exact same spot I'd have almost no service.

The site had plenty of room for our truck and trailer. You could easily fit a second car if you needed to. Weather extremes should be expected the site is near the top of a hill and exposed to wind and sun.
The timed entry into the park is bit of a pain. The line while the entry booths were staffed was at least 30min long but if you entered the park after booths were closed there was no line at all.

We somehow lucked out and managed to get a campsite at this premiere National Park site on Memorial weekend. During the six-month interim after booking the site it became a tent-only site due to the roadside parking. However the NPS kindly honored our reservation, During our single-night stay we managed to do a wonderful tour of the complete park and a two-hour hike from the path right next to our site,,, under an arch no less. This site was strictly dry camping with no wifi. That was no problem as we had a gazillion stars to entertain us. If you can get a site in Arches NP don't miss it. It's a magical place you will never forget.

One long trail (devil's campground) easily accessed walking from campground and one short trail easily accessed at other end.
Camp hosts absolutely superb in April.
Campground is at the absolute end of the park. If you're thinking of driving out and back take that into account-- a good 30 minutes each way. No issues arriving after dark.
No T-Mobile service. Verizon service okay with external antenna. Not good enough for video.

We had back-in site 8 and our dry campsite had a picnic table and fire ring with views of the red rocks all around. Since the park fills up early, get there before 9 am or you may have to wait quite a few hours to go to your reserved campsite. Devils Garden Campground is at the end of the road inside Arches, so there is plenty to see and do once you get in the main entrance. A million stars at night and in the morning, we hiked up the hill for the sunrise - spectacular! Our neighbor did run his generator before 7 am and the camp hosts were right there to remind him of the quiet hours. Clean, well-maintained campsites.
