This RV park is in between Arches and the north section of Canyonlands National Parks. It is close to the Highway so there is noise from the road at night. While Sun Outdoors owns this property it needs work. The Wi-Fi is nonexistent. There are no over the air TV channels. There is no cable TV. Sites are relatively flat and a few have some shade. Having stayed there four nights, we used all facilities. The restrooms and showers are acceptable. The laundry is coin operated but small. The park is adjacent to a Chevron station whose gas prices are high but it is the last one on the road to I-70 which is 20 miles away.

Having been off grid, we were looking forward to WiFi, laundry and showers. Located close to Canyonlands makes it convenient, but the highway noise is constant and the WiFi exceedingly weak. Laundry was packed full on a Thursday evening and one of the washers broken. Atv traffic is heavy, as the park is surrounded by many trails. W Had we known all of this, we would have limited our stay to a night and went back out to dry camp.

Showers were worthless, so small I couldn't turn around and the water was luke warm changing to cold. On a 90 deg day probably wasn't heated at all.
The pros: camp wifi worked well, better than my AT&T cell service. Nice view from the farthest out sites.
AT&T cell service was poor to marginal, interrupted streaming. Unboosted RSPR was -105, boosted to -75. We just switched to park wifi. We did not try the cable hookup.
All that said, there aren't many options close to Arches.

First off, this review is based on being in one of the extra wide spots (spot numbers in high 80s/90s). Not sure we would have felt the same in other spots.
So we all realize Moab is kind of *^%# for camping these days and crazy expensive. Our hesitation at the cost of this camp melted away by a great view out to the desert and La Sal mountains beyond from our camp. That view alone is what makes up most of this review’s positive vibe. Add in great energy and vibe from all of the fellow adventurers coming and going, great staff, and a nicely heated pool and you’ve got a great experience and certainly one better than other Moab offerings (unless boondocking is an option). The general store and attached gas station add to the great amenities.
Fair warning that OHV traffic is pretty heavy. We like the activity and energy it brings but probably not for everyone.

Check in took 30 minutes. Why so difficult I am always surprised. Unless you got a bus the sites are ridiculous. Sewers are right there picnic table takes up entire space. Plenty of disbursed camping. But once in awhile one must shower

This park is OK, not great but your close to everything. Sites near the road have alot of road noise. The sites were close together and sewer hookups are in your face. Would not stay here again unless I had a site in the back. Cable hookups for me did not work

We did a quick 1 night here and it was everything we wanted, which being the dessert was mostly water related - pool, super clean and modern showers, and water refills for the van. Staff was super sweet and helpful.
We also did a hot air balloon ride while in Moab with Canyonlands Ballooning - 10/10 would recommend! It was less scary and more smooth than we expected and Pilot Lou is a great dude.

Literally couldn’t be more conveniently located between arches & canyonlands. Best for a short stay as it’s dusty and lacking amenities, but it’s great for a short stay with easy access to the local sights. Really no complaints in terms of price/value and location!
