Mike was very easy to talk to, accommodating with a pull through and for only $30 cash. We called 5 minutes out, he met us at the entrance and guided us back to our space. I don’t remember seeing signage so I’m glad he was there. Traveling on I-10 E from Arizona, Sonora is on the old side but this place was diamond in the rough.

This RV park is mixed permanent residents rentable cabins and overnight sites. They provide a sewer ad water hose. Pressure is reduced to about 40 psi park wide. They guide you to your site. Cash only.

We reached out to Mike as suggested about 5 miles outside of town and he was ON IT— met us outside the park and escorted us to a long, level pull-through. Even provided sewer hose so we didn’t have to drag ours out. This was everything we needed to make our overnight simple and easy.

Stayed overnight on our way through Texas. Very friendly with some local restaurants to get dinner. Overnight spots provided sewer hose and water hose.

FHU, easy parking, didn't have to unhook. Mike met us and guided us to the site. Easy access from I10, very quiet, especially after last night in Lamesa. No bathrooms, but we never use them anyway. Not good for small vans with no bathroom.

The park is basically a mobile home park with some spots for over night campers. The roads are mostly paved. There are some sections that are gravel and others that have been patched. The overnight sites were gravel. We were able to stay connected and parallel park next to the hookups. Again, a water hose and sewer hose were provided. Site was pretty level. There was just one other overnight camper the night we stayed.
Mike did ask the length of our RV and said the price was $25. I’m not sure the price for shorter or longer RVs.
We had good Verizon signal and satellite. Would definitely stay here again.

Mike only accepts cash or check but at $25 per night, it was no problem. Will stay here again on our trips between Houston and Phoenix. It’s a perfect stopping point and the Road Ranger truck fuel stop had the best diesel prices for hundreds of miles in either direction, using our EFS card. Win win.
