I only stayed one night and luckily site number one was available as it is a first come first serve basis. Site 1 is very large and off to the side so it feels very private. Lots of Riverfront access. Not a lot of shade in the afternoon as it appeared some of the other sites had more shade. The camp host was selling firewood. I have AT&T cell service and was able to get texts out but not phone calls or pictures. It was a beautiful place to stay.

We decided to stay here as a last minute spot and found a sweet area next to the creek. The sound of the running water was soothing. The campground usually closes in September due to off season but there was plenty of people still camping in both tents and travel trailers. I highly recommend and would definitely go back.

Since we were on our motorcycles, the road getting there off the highway was about 5 miles paved and the last mile to mile and 1/2 was packed dirt. Easy on our big Harley’s, we just went slow and no problems.

We stayed here June 4 and 5th, 2017 at site #3. Probably the best dry campsite we have ever stayed at! Our trailer is 31' long and it took a bit of planning to get the trailer on the site. The run off from the mountains was spectacular. The river was almost too loud :) .
