“We Had A Great Stay”

There was a host on site when we were there, but as others stated it is a pay box, rates were posted. Some nights we were the only rv there, some nights it was full, but every night had a beautiful sunset. Bring food with you, it’s a long drive to groceries, or grab a meal at Grandma’s just a mile down the hill. There is a park with a playground next door for a family picnic or to let the kids run for a bit.

Very small park - just 7 sites all in a row. Just the sites: no bathroom, facilities, wifi, or even host. Payment is left in a box with envelopes. Great rate for full hookups. We got the last spot available - seemed like the rest were all residents?

The small, no-frills, campground is basically a dirt/gravel parking lot with 7 pull-thru sites with full hook-up. There’s enough room between sites to open slideouts and they seem long enough to accommodate most RV/trailer lengths. We have a 33’ motor home & tow vehicle and we fit without having to unhook.
There is no office or other facilities (like bathroom, showers, etc.). There is only a kiosk with envelopes for cash payment. $25 per night.
When we pulled in, there was only one spot available. The others were occupied with what seemed to be more long-term residents (trailers set up but no vehicles). So, availability may vary. But Austin RV Park is right down the road.

Traveling on Rt 50 from Carson City to Utah. Stopped here overnight when it appeared no sites were available at the Austin RV Park. It was quiet and offered full hookups. Nothing special about it but was close to a city park for the dogs to play. There was major construction in Austin, limiting traffic to one lane. If traveling this route again, would definitely stay here if just a short stay.

7 sites full hookups all 50 amp (had to use a reducer to 30amp). Decent place for dumping and taking on water. No one on site. Pay station with envelopes. Quiet and somewhat level side to side. No restroom or other facilities.

This is a tiny RV park on the east edge of the very small town of Austin NV. It is on the left just after you come down a very steep hill. After 3 nights of boondocking we needed to dump and recharge, and didn't want to drive all the way to Fallon (which is over 100 miles west).
There are 7 pull-through spaces with full hook-ups (including 50 amp) in a flat open area. There is a post as you come in with pay envelopes and a drop box. We went around the loop several times and finally chose site 5 as it was almost level. Even though it is right off the highway, there wasn't much traffic after dark so we didn't notice much traffic noise. We were the only ones in the park and never saw the owner. There are no other facilities like showers or laundry - just sites with hook-ups.
We did have two bars 'extended' on Verizon but our jetpack (wifi) did not work.
