Clean and warm bathroom. Potable water and a water spigot available. About a dozen semis also parked in the lot.

Overall Rating
Nicely grassed, walkways, tables, benches. Stayed overnight in my RV, so didn’t visit restrooms. Real big rest area, lots of truck n RV parking. Dog area also. Safe. Next to I-84, hwy noise was normal. 10 miles to Boise.

Very nice Rest Area
Restrooms were exceptionally
clean .and outside area was very nice.The gal Becky was working her tail feathers off.and was very nice to talk with.,and was very helpful w the Old Folks coming in. Definately 5 stars on the Westbound Blacks Creek Rest Area.

Was a great stop for one night. We stayed in May when the trees were blooming and the temperature was perfect especially near the dog walking area. The mosquitoes were out in force, people do not pick up after their dogs and one family looked like they had been staying more than one night. We stayed on the semi and trailers side and th... more
Was a great stop for one night. We stayed in May when the trees were blooming and the temperature was perfect especially near the dog walking area. The mosquitoes were out in force, people do not pick up after their dogs and one family looked like they had been staying more than one night. We stayed on the semi and trailers side and the freeway noise and semis next to us constantly running made sleep tricky, but we were exhausted from driving all day (since 4 AM and stopped at 9 PM) and needed a rest. Which is the point of the rest areas so we managed. Bathrooms are clean and maintained and there was a potable water spigot outside the building which is nice for filling up the water containers.
