We stayed one night. Good shopping and restaurants near by. The place is very clean and the staff very friendly.

The park is kept really clean with a number of full timers. Spaces are level with newness to the surrounding sites. The park is in an industrial area with Costco, walmart and the spectrum mall within walking distance. Did a drive-by while exploring parks for a longer stay while in the area. Space seems a bit limited. Sites are very close together. Appears to still be under construction. Pool looked nice. I find it hard to believe that a $55 non refundable background check is need to stay more than 14 days. So those that stay for 1 to 14 days are law abiding citizens and those that stay more than 14 days are sum how subject to having criminal records. This type of policy will not go over well with full time RV's. You might want to reconsider this policy.
