Except only half of the sites for the traveling RVs have grass, and I didn’t get one. Apparently the park is in the process of removing the grass from all the sites. Sites are also very close to each other. The rate is very reasonable for how overall nice the park is. We would definitely stay here again. Rate posted is with the weekly discount.

The problem is they are unusually narrow and if you have neighbors who don’t respect your space like we did it can feel downright claustrophobic. Laundry was efficient and there was a pool. WiFi worked well for the first few days and then was out of service. AT&T had 2-3 bars. About 30 min to downtown Boise and lots of stores close by. I liked that there where nice neighborhoods to walk around outside the park.

Love the location. Less than a mile down the road in either direction are some exceptional spots for your dog. One direction is a mammoth off leash unfenced grass set of fields that a few months of the year is reserved for human sports leagues. The rest of the time it is for the dogs. Great paved trails to walk while the kids race around. The other direction is a fenced off leash dog park at the base of the most amazing mtn bike trail system.
You are close to tons of restaurants and shopping.
What wasn’t impressive was the short, narrow and quite sloped parking spot. It is one of those kinda rv parks where most of the park has long-term guests and you are not going to be tossing your awning out far. Kids will run around and through your site while playing. You will hear neighbors inside their rigs. My site was just long enough for the trailer and truck, but not long enough to drop my deck unless I parked the truck up at the office lot. It also means anytime I had company I had to park there to give my guests a place to park.
Have said all of the that, I would stay again. I would just lie next time by adding 8’ to the length of my rig to help me earn a longer site.
The staff are nice (picking up your trash, they recycle cardboard and pickup your empty propane tanks to refill), the place is clean, free popcorn in the lounge daily, big free movie and book library. Small dog park that I never used because of the local city options I mentioned earlier are superior. Good clean showers and inexpensive laundry.

Also if you like to get out and walk, the veterans cemetery just down the road is a great place to go. There was also a dog park that lots of people had.

The staff and full-time residents are all very friendly. The laundry room is clean, spacious and reasonably priced. The community room is also nice with a lending library for books and DVDs. The pool and hot tub are open when it's not too windy. It's a good place to stay when visiting Boise, but not if you are looking for views and space.

The facilities and amenities are so nice; gym, pool, jacuzzi, really nice off-leash dog area, daily trash pick-up from your spot, and propane refill from your spot. The driving lanes between rows are nice and wide, the staff was really friendly, grass strips with each site, folding table and chairs included with each site, and super clean. I gotta say, this was one of the nicest parks we’ve stayed in!

I asked about it at the front desk and was told there was nothing they could do, they tried, but would have to dig up lines. The dark haired gal at the front desk was rude, the other gals were nice. She had an attitude, heard her on the phone and experienced it in person - not a customer friendly type. They also need to trim trees prior to arrivals as they scratched the top of our RV. Not all sites offer cable TV and their wi-fi was poor. Okay place if you really need full hook-ups, but not a destination location.

The lot is a little narrow, so lawn strips may be obstructed by neighboring slide outs. Overall, this is a great campground with good amenities.

You better have your backing skills refined. If your staying overnight is pretty good odds you will end up in a back in site. The sites are close together, we had 90 degree back in job to do with deep gravel, a big tree to dodge, a concrete pad and black pvc pipe that is off set but innice the pad vs off on side as usual to miss.
Staff was great. dog park area was nice, pool was nice but we didn't use it. Our site did not have the cable but we don't use it anyways.
Cell coverage was good and it's in a good location.

Also, the cancellation policy (48 hrs full refund vs no refund of $300 upfront payment on a 7 day stay), cost ($315/wk vs $410/wk), and responsiveness (2 hrs vs nothing in 7 days) was so much better here than Boise Riverside.
“The rudest”
noted 9/24/2022
Very rude staff on phone. Not allowed to stay here with custom built conversion. Sight unseen, I was told that their clients with nice rvs didn’t want to park next to a conversion. Never once ran into this issue staying at dozens of rv parks.
