We stayed 02/25/17 then left. We did not end up paying the $82 since we did not have full hookups as we had thought.
They have weekly and monthly rates + electric, depending on where your spot is and what time of year.
The rate above was for a "lake view" which was a row behind lakefront, but we saw nothing but the ass end of other mohos and trailers. We were not familiar with the area. The google reviews were not good and I guess we should have known better but after driving all day we just needed a place to sleep. In the morning we packed up and headed toward Lost River Resort just north of Blythe, which was much less expensive and better, in my opinion and I will leave reviews
Access: The spots are TIGHT. We got lucky with ours that we were able to back out, if we had to pull through we would have been trapped there.
Location: You have to drive 10 miles on a windy, narrow and sometime steep road, at least it was paved and we managed ok, though you have to drive slow. I would have not liked having to drive it to get groceries or anything else I needed from Parker which was 34 miles away. Not to mention all the wild burros "donkeys" that just wander around. I took a few photos of the place before we left.
Cleanliness: It was fairly clean in our spot and there were a lot of dumpsters close by. The bathrooms were old and not that nice.
Site Quality: Squeezed in like sardines, the electric and water were on the wrong side for our moho and the sewer connection was farther away than our 20 foot hose could reach, so we couldn't connect to it. They had picnic tables.
Noise: Donkeys made noise near us and woke us up all night, which was very annoying. Other than the neighbors drinking outside I guess it wasn't that bad, but being woken up by donkeys was super annoying, also a car alarm went off at 6:30 am and also barking dogs, which we all know is hard to control but still....
