Obsessed with this campground; If you can even call it that. Stunning landscaping & the staff is super friendly, especially Agnes. Sits on 140 acres of gorgeous, well maintained land. Their map shows a playground and we were told the playground was open, but upon searching for it, it doesn’t exist. I asked the office and they said they were in the process of building it!
Also, our tiki site is extremely dirty. I’m surprised they rented it to us in this condition. I called and asked if they could come clean it and they said we’d have to move the motorhome to do that (which we can’t because of kids and already being hooked up). They wouldn’t even come and clean the areas around the motorhome. Very, very disappointed.

Rather than discussing the same issues other people have discussed in reviews of this Resort, I will speak about a problem I am seeing in many parks across the country and that is the use of both pesticides and herbicides in an uncontrolled and excessive manner. During my recent stay I had noticed a lack of insects in the park beyond anything I had ever seen. It is normal in southern Florida to have to deal with insects to some degree but in this case there were simply whole families of insects completely missing. Pretty much the only insects you will find are a few ant mounds although they are very few and the occasional mosquito. During an early morning visit by the local landscaping company I observed 2 gardeners with backpacks walking the neighboring space and spraying a liquid on the driveway. They sprayed every inch of the ground and went into the surrounding grass areas along the border.
When I asked the gardeners what they were spraying neither of them could speak english and from my questioning they really did not seem to know only pointed at a few green shoot coming up between the bricks alluding to what the fluid was treating. They had no understanding of what they were spraying and neither had on gloves, respirators or any type of protective gear (see picture) as would be necessary if they were spraying something like RoundUp. The amount of chemical placed on the ground was quite excessive considering there were almost no plants growing in the treated area.
During this visit my dog began to show some signs of illness, including digestive problems. I understand the need for some control of pests in a state like Florida but what I observed was a couple of untrained individuals with no understanding of what they were spraying or its dangers randomly wandering around covering everything in sight. This is not an environment to bring your dog. Due to this issue I won't be visiting again

We stayed here for 3 nights while visiting family in Boca Raton. Probably the nicest resort we have stayed in, and obviously reflected in the price. The area around the park is not the best but once you enter the gates it's like you are in a different city. Anemia include a pool, pickleball, horse shoes, shuffleboard, putting green and more. 2 things we missed were a playground (although the map shows one it was not there) and a dog park. There is plenty of green space for walking your dog but no where for off leash. There is an access from the park to a paved bike trail although we did not use it on this trip. This is a Class A Motorhome park so don't put it on your list if you have a5th wheel or trailer. An added note is most people at the park are seasonal residents from French Canada. The streets are lovrely for walking in the evenings.

Not our usual M.O., but no other options available short-notice right after the New Year in South Florida. Very accommodating despite the fact our RV was over the stated age-limit on their website. Park is primarily snow-birds from Quebec. Sites are roomy, tho not overly-expansive. Pads are brick and easily accommodate RV, tow vehicle and anything you want to put out, but do not have tables, fire pits, etc. Apparently you can opt for a site with a tiki, if you wish. Many trees/palms, etc. The most well-equipped gym of any RV park we’ve seen. Two pools - one for families with kids. All south FL traffic is heavy almost all the time, so getting anywhere takes a while.
