Our GPS tried to send us around the reservoir but you can definitely access it from Highway 153 very easily.

Although it may be called W. Lee Colburn Park on Lake Winters, the road signage calls it Elm Creek Reservoir. Take the eastern marked entrance road. The park is in some disarray with trashed out entrance office and bait shop, but looks like someone is mowing the grass. No one was there and no one came by to collect payment. BUT, the park is on a beautiful lake with fishing pier and boat ramp. The facilities are lighted and there are some cabins and washrooms but did not check them. Sites are gravel and grass with 30A and water, but water was off due to winter temps. Has on-site dump station. Perhaps the CG gets more attention during season. Great overnight location.
