Park is clean and well maintained. Office staff is friendly. The sites are gravel and fairly close together. The bath house is nice and clean. Beautiful location and only a short drive outside of the entrance to the Smokies. We enjoyed our stay and would return.

Great location at the foot of the Smokies, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg all in driving distance. Maryville good for provisioning and all the little 'burgs' to take in the local flair. Pigeon F & GatlinB are getting real urban touristy now, but lots to do for the whole family. Cades Cove Scenic Loop is not busy in September. Campground is real nice, awesome restroom/shower facility, good spaces (most pull throughs), walking trail along the river. Good utilities and spaces. Easy access from Hwy US-321.

A great home base to explore GSMNP and the Townsend / Maryville / Pigeon Forge areas. Quiet campground very well laid out and maintained. Friendly and helpful staff. Nice open field for walking our dog. The field is between the camground and the Little River. So its easy to take a walk by the river. We stayed while moving to this area and searching for a home. We stay there now when prepping our RV for trips.

We stay at this facility numerous times during the year. This facility is a treasure. The staff is very helpful and will do their best to get what you need. If you want a campground that is quiet, this is the campground for you.

The campground was probably about 15 mins from western entrance of the National Park which made it convenient. We did use the showers that were located in the laundry room building. Each shower has its own room with toilet & sink. The owners were in the process of fixing some shower rooms so there was only 6 available.

Resort is next to a river and has great hookups and level sites. Reason why I didn’t give it 5 stars is the road noise on the other side of the river (at certain times of the day). Our site was at the end of campground and WiFi reception was good (used our extender). I work remotely and had a few video meetings so it worked well. Would come back!

Easy in and out on a flat gravel site. Very nice laundry and pool was still open. Fair amount of long term folks and some sites had too much stuff accumulated in my opinion. But people were friendly and quiet. Close to hiking trails near the Townsend entrance of GSM and Cades Cove loop. Also many small shops nearby.

We love this campground. It is just far enough out of town to not have to worry about the busyness but close enough to just go to town for a meal. We like it!
