"Rustic but nice"

Stopped for 1 night while heading west. There is some road noise since it's right off I-40. Park is rustic, lots of trees, with dirt roads and gravel sites. Our site (like most) sloped down in the front, but we had no problem leveling. Camp host was friendly. We would stop here again. We camped at Buffalo / I-40 / Exit 143 KOA Journey in a...

The "Little River" flows by the edge of the campground then into the National Park. some sites back up to the river. There are many trees in the campground. The bathroom and...

The showers are pretty decent compared to others I’ve seen. Easy to come in and hook up, plus you are right behind a gas station so beer is close.

Very friendly staff, pleasant stay, quiet. Clean laundry room, very close to everything but doesn't feel like your in town. Unless kids had bikes to ride or like to fish kids will be bored here. No bell and whistles, just a nice camp after a day of tourist adventure. There are Canadian geese so goose poop was abundant. There are trout in the...

"Nice park "

Park is clean and well maintained. Office staff is friendly. The sites are gravel and fairly close together. The bath house is nice and clean. Beautiful location and only a short drive outside of the entrance to the Smokies. We enjoyed our stay and would return.
