In Arizona when it says dry camping does that mean water near the campsites or no water available at all?

No cell booster, average 2-3 bars ATT
Favorite thing for us was the price, pavilions, sunset and mountain views.
Closest dump and potable water is Mountain View RV park. 5 minutes down 84. Paid $20
This place felt safe to us despite some of the reviews. Camp Host was awesome. The roads are in great condition and the park is very clean. Porta-Jons on site which is nice if you want to give your tanks a break. Sites are fairly large and spread out. The park is nestled between two freeways, yet we found road noise wasn’t that bad. The pavilions were a nice touch and proved to be a great place to eat lunch outside during the midday sun! Overall very happy with our experience here and plan to return someday!

Arrived at dusk and picked the biggest spot for our 43’ trailer and 20’ truck. We parked in the flattest spot as we did not unhook and brought a fire log. No fire pits at the site but we didn’t mind. Pre paid online. A couple people in the area before dark but left prior to sunset. No issues. Would stop again.

Got there at dusk. Felt safe; there was a camp host across the park. Large sites, most pull-through. Slab with cover and picnic table. Moderate highway noise from I8 but less on the rte 84 side. It was chilly so almost no noise when we closed up. Loop is about 1.5 miles so nice for morning jog/walk before heading back on the road. 3-4 ... more

There's a permit pipe box for cash payments, and a patrol collects it daily. I was camped just to the left of it for a few days, didn't ever have an issue other than the low but constant noise from I8.
There are a few porta-potties scattered throughout.

Our first stay at this park was for 7 days in November 2019 on our way to Tucson. The entrance to this park is open 24/7 – the no-gate and no-security environment allows overnight activity. This is a nice primitive/natural park - every site has a covered picnic table on a cement slab. The park it is very close to the corridor that is known for criminal Mexican activity (research Pinal County/Vekol Valley and watch related You Tube videos). If you are going to stay here, you should be carrying something for protection. In November, there was a park host who regularly patrolled the area which gave us a sense of security and safety. We stopped here again in February 2020, and there was no park host present. We did not feel safe. We stayed one night and left. Park is great during the day, but it is spooky after the sun goes down.

Easy in and out big drive through spaces with covered tables and grill area. Level enough with well maintained dirt roads. Not too quiet due to being situated between two major roads but noise subsides around 10 pm, Really great views of the mountains.

Clean, well maintained campground. We parked away from main highway so very little noise. Dark at night for star gazing. Good cell service with T Mobile.

Great little park for an overnight traveling through the area. Camp host keeps the road washouts filled in and sites are raked clean. BBQ grills clean and in great shape. Easy on/off I-10.

I don't know where the other reviews are coming from but this is a gem. Yeah, no hook ups but most RVs have tanks.
Dump station just 5 miles away.
Each site has a covered table with concrete pad and BBQ. You have to look for your neighbor if you have one. This place is almost always empty.

She is friendly, but dam we were always looking over our shoulders wondering when she was going to just pop in on us! Made us feel like we were doing something wrong with the hundred questions!! Or maybe she was just flirting with my dad? It sure seemed like it! We just packed up and left early! Got a refund.
