We had to stay here in a pinch and it was awful!! There were kids running around through the sites. They were hanging out in the laundry room, where the vending machines are located and leaving their trash everywhere. It looked as if they lived in a small trailer in the park. The laundry facility was decent. There was someone either on drugs or had mental health issues walking around the park yelling profanities the day we were leaving. There was street racing going on and police activity in the evening. Park has a lot of trailers that look as if they are parked full time. We were asked when checking in what year our rig was...not sure why, when there were some pretty old rigs in the park. The dog area was small and not fenced to allow our dog to be off leash. I could say more, but I am sure I have made my point. We were so unimpressed, we left a day early without get our money back for the last day!!!!!

Train goes by at 5am with loud horn too. Avoid this place.

Its an RV that benefits from its location. Close to tge stadiums and the US60 which can get you almost anywhere in the West Valley. A few year round residents but nothing too of putting. The bathroom and shower facilities are nothing to write home about either. Functional but that is it. Hotel amenities are OK. We had full hook ups.

We got here late after a Cardinals game and were just looking for a spot to park until morning so we could go to Costco and resupply for another round of boondocking. The check in is in the reception of the hotel which shares the same lot. The staff was friendly and they had plenty of space available.
We got a spot without hookups for $15 which seem like a great deal for this centrally located park. This included use of shower, toilet, and pay laundry facilities. Spots with hookups were $32.
In the morning, in the harsh light of day, the park leaves a lot to be desired. Rundown, dirty, littered, overflow dumpsters, exposed wires, rusted out power boxes, etc. Bathrooms and showers were dirty, 4 or 5 cigarette butts in one of the shower stalls, which could just be one jerk, but they appeared to have been there awhile and judging from the condition of the restroom no one was going to notice them for awhile... Lots of hot water though.
It was a peaceful night's sleep for the most part. Far enough off the road to be quiet most the time. Occasional trains somewhere very close during the night. As a cheap one night stop this place was ok. For 15 bucks you really can't expect much, but I wouldn't stay here any longer than I had to.
Otter500 would stay here again
