Overall Rating

This place is under renovation and everything but the pool is shut down. They did not disclose any of that and left a person in charge who couldn’t do anything but apologize. He asked us to wait until the manager comes back on Monday. Meanwhile we had plans for our special needs grandson and booked here based on what was on website as available amenities. Even the pickle ball courts are not available and the laundry is as old and run down. What a mistake… had they been forthcoming or willing to address immediately we would’ve taken a refund and headed elsewhere- sorely disappointed and frustrated
