I always stop here for cheap propane and to empty my tanks, the water isn’t potable but I don’t use my fresh water on board to drink or cook so it isn’t an issue for me. It’s around the back past their holding area for RVs they are working on. Plenty of room to turn around back there.

Love this place. I was bouncing around between BLM locations while working a nursing contract in Phoenix. This was my go to spot to dump and refill propane during each move. Love this place. I was bouncing around between BLM locations while working a nursing contract in Phoenix. This was my go to spot to dump and refill propane during each move. I’ve only ever had to wait for one person before it was multiple turn. Best part is you can drive right up and use it, I waiting around for someone to come unlock anything. The store is great too, whenever I needed something they were sure to have it and at a great price.

“Free dump and cheap propane”

Stopped by here to dump and fill up our propane. The dump is directly behind the building and easy to navigate, with water for black tank flush, and the propane was $2.39/gallon. Will definitely be back

We stopped here to dump and it's open 24 hours. Free. Water is not potable.
We noticed propane was $2.39/gal. We will definitely be back if we are in the area..

We left from Colorado with empty water tanks planning to fill here, based on earlier reviews. We could not find a place close by to fill our tanks. The dump is clean and easy access. The store owner did state that they think the water is fine but by law they can't say it's potable. Sigh...

Clean, free dump is around the back of the building with separate fresh fill and lots of room for easy access. Pretty well known so in winter plan on potentially being #2 or #3 in line, even midweek.
I can see why some would be inclined to camp here but...why?

Stayed there twice recently, as I needed propane. No 3 am hassle/ rousting..However, I asked two employees who said NO, per city of Peoria 1/17/20
I won't stay again..I don't like 3 am wake ups

State trailer is a bit out of the way to and from most areas of Phoenix but they have a Fantastic dump area and is well worth the extra drive for an Easy, no Hassles, plenty of Room facility. Found this spot after looking everywhere in Phoenix for a FREE dump station. Excellent dump station behind the store. Room to maneuver around parking lot. Dumped, filled water tank and purchased propane. Great experience. Thanks!

Sonya went out of her way to help my wife and I get our trailer on our way George the tech was so nice and considerate that he took time out off his day off to repair our trailer and the price I cant complain about my experience at STATE TRAILER was top notch - the BEST!
