"Excellent river location. Excellent wifi and good Verizon"

Friendly new owners. Many improvements being made. Very pretty location. Excellent WiFi (used it for Netflex with no interruptions) and good Verizon. Site not very level, but the new owners haven't had a chance to get to it yet.
