Dump is in the back. No separate fresh water fill but at the dump is city water, they just recommend you use your own hose (obviously lol). The store has a ton of supplies!

"Very accessible & close to Leadville."

Came here in our truck camper. Road was in good condition. A lot of off shoots from CR-48. Saw a lot of trailers but obviously can’t speak for all the roads. Very wooded, some views. Able to have a fire in Colorado in June which was a plus.
