"Beautiful Area - Narrow Campground Road"

Although the area is beautiful, Big Pine Creek Campground is not for travel trailers or RVs. The campground road is very narrow and bumpy. Tree roots have buckled the road throughout the campground. This campground does not have water. The nearby... Read more

"Used Dump Station only"

We used the dump station which was easy to get in and out. There is a hose for water however the water is shut off. I would have given this location a 5 star if flush water was available.

"Close to Salt Lake City "

We stayed 4 nights at Spruces Big Cottonwood Campground. At an elevation of 7,500 feet, it’s easy to find relief from the SLC summer heat. The campground has flush toilets and 17 non threaded water spigots spread throughout. If you want to fill... Read more

"Preserving a Wilderness Feel"

The rustic North Rim of the Grand Canyon, in my opinion, is the quieter, cooler and more beautiful Grand Canyon destination. Don’t get me wrong the South Rim has its own appeal and I've visited the area many times. The North Rim campground is... Read more

"Campground too close to highway 89"

Visited campground during the last week of September 2017. The campground itself is laid nicely. The Truckee River flows along the east side of the campground. Fishing is not allowed in the river from campgrounds. Big negative is the road noise... Read more

"Lovely Campground near the town of Mammoth Lakes CA"

Visited Twin Lakes campground during the first week of October 2017. The area is absolutely beautiful. We stayed in campsite 90. The site is a tight fit for a 29 ft travel trailer and Ford F150. Once the travel trailer was in place, we had to park... Read more
