This is a relatively small park, but if you can get a spot, it is worth the serenity it offers. Class A spots on the river are the prime spots. "River view" spots in the back row will not really give you a view of the river from your site, but don't let this discourage you (there are common areas to view the river). The sites are fairly close, but the wonderful landscaping between and around each site provides privacy and a personal lovely little shaded grassy area. Staff is professional and attentive to the cleanliness and beauty of this park. We even received a call prior to check in to ask if we were eligible for any discounts before being charged for our stay - who does that?! The park has a cute little playground for the kids, a clubhouse, spotless facilities, and a great pool overlooking the river. If you have a pet, there is no dog walk/run area, however walks around the park and surrounding residential area suffice. Lots of things to do in town as well as Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. This park is our latest entry on our "favorites" list!

For us, it’s a little sterile but that’s just personal choice.
Large level paved sites. The only grassy spot/lawn is behind your rig ( back row) or in front of rig (river site)
You need a class A or larger C to face the river so that’s a bummer since we have a TT.
Not super dog friendly but you can walk on surrounding blocks.
The location is ok. The whole area is very crowded and so much traffic all around from Sevierville to Pigeon Forge to Gatlinburg.

This was our first high-end private campground we’ve stayed at since beginning our RV adventure. It didn’t disappoint. Although the sites are a bit close, they are separated by plenty of leafy landscaping. Located along the French Broad River, Class A’s occupy the prime sites facing the river, and all other RV types are in the next row. But don’t let that dissuade you; the grounds are immaculate.
The clubhouse is first class and the bathhouse is the best we’ve seen in any park. One of the outlet malls along the parkway in Sevierville is within walking distance of the campground so there’s plenty to do, even on a rainy day.
The internet was strong and cable is provided. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful RV Park with impeccable grounds. Sites are long and wide separated by beautiful manicured hedges. One of the best RV parks we've been to.

Pull up a TN rocking chair and watch the view of the river while you're doing laundry or swimming in the pool. Every thing is clean and neat. Wi-Fi is adequate. The Outlet stores are an easy walk. Right of rte 40. Call for reservations very full durning snowbird transition time holidays and fall leaf season.

Very close campground to Pigeon Forge without having to pull your rig into all of the traffic. It is removed enough from the main road, and extremely quite.
This is the hidden gem of the smokies in my opinion. Park is pet friendly. Wifi was excellent. They take great pride in the appearance of the campground, and it was very welcoming.

It’s a little awkward to get to this park as you wind your way through some retail stores. There is no stoplight at the intersection so leaving could be hairy during the busy season especially when turning left. What a nice surprise though! This is a very attractive little park with concrete interior roads and concrete pads in the sites. There is landscaping between sites and a good amount of space between sites. All the sites look to be the same size and all appear to be level. Our riverfront pull-in site was long enough for our 45er and toad. It was mostly quiet with some highway noise and ambulances. Directv had a clear sky. WII FI worked well. Although we didn’t interact directly with the staff due to the coronavirus pandemic, they were very friendly and efficient over the phone. Since the park is on the outskirts of Sevierville, you don’t have to deal with driving your rig through the usually crazy traffic. We would definitely stay here again.

The only issue was there was place to have a wood burning fire. You could have an gas or electric. Just wanted a little bit more rustic flavor. If you don’t want to stay in middle of all the craziness of Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg this a really nice place to stay. We were able to park our 5th wheel , our truck and a family SUV on the site.
