This is a newer RV park. It is tucked away from the busy highway right on the river. It is very well maintained. The sites are concrete and have privacy shrubs. The only issue was there was place to have a wood burning fire. You could have an gas or electric. Just wanted a little bit more rustic flavor. If you don’t want to stay in mid... more
This is a newer RV park. It is tucked away from the busy highway right on the river. It is very well maintained. The sites are concrete and have privacy shrubs. The only issue was there was place to have a wood burning fire. You could have an gas or electric. Just wanted a little bit more rustic flavor. If you don’t want to stay in middle of all the craziness of Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg this a really nice place to stay. We were able to park our 5th wheel , our truck and a family SUV on the site.

Overall Rating
One of the cleanest and neat RV parks we have visited. Staff was VERY friendly and accommodating. Campground was quiet. The camping sites were wide, easy to pull into and had all the amenities.
