We arrived after dark for an overnight stay. We found our site okay, but it’s very dark there, not a lot of lighting outside. I used the bathrooms attached to the office building, but not the bath house building. The bathrooms attached to the office buildings were extremely tight. The door practically touched my knees when sitting on the toilet. I am only 5’4”. The shower was on an upper stoop and was a token shower. I wasted some of the water trying to get the temp adjusted and ended up running out of shower time still all soapy! (I don’t take long showers; and new I didn’t have much time with this token shower.) Thankfully I had my husband’s token, too, and knew he wasn’t going to use it, so I could rinse off using a second token! They don’t provide paper towels or driers to dry your hands in the bathroom, so be prepared. We were not there long, so can’t comment on much more. There were lots of campers, many appearing to be full timers. The surrounding view was nice. No traffic noises.

I stayed at Turquoise Trail over Memorial Day weekend for 4 nights. The staff was very friendly and helpful. When I originally called for a reservation, they didn't have a pull-through site available but within a day, they called back and had one for me. The site has about half as full-timers but is very clean and well maintained. So often you see parks with permanent residents that is trashy but not this one. The park sits on the edge of the mountain. It is quiet and peaceful. I did not use the bath house so can't rate that. The sites are a bit narrow so pull in as close to the left side as possible. With my slides out, there was little room to walk around the rig (see pics). The park is located only 5 miles from I-40 so it is conveniently located to get into Albuquerque. The biggest drawback is the park sits on a narrow dirt road. Watch the potholes. Overall, it's a nice place and I'd stay here again.

Stayed 1 night on the way to Tucson and 1 nt on the way back. Both times had a good experience. Good wifi, clean restrooms. Laundry was not open yet for the season, April 26th. Quarter for showers. Did not use, so I can't review. Full hook-ups. Recommend.

Great place to stop for a day or two while exploring the Turquoise Trail. We will be back!

Came in late, was a little bit of light. Nice coverage under short trees. Table was dirty, only used corner of it. Other than the the spot was fine. Far enough off hwy to not hear it. Will stay here again. Left my P pot behind....funny. Had to replace asap!

We stayed here 1 night as we were passing through. We were having truck issues so we got in late but check in instructions were left for us. Sites were extremely close. I booked 2 sites at the same time and they were not together sadly. Our neighbors were friendly thankfully. Cannot rate the park upon its amenities as they were closed (bath house, museum, etc.) it was very windy down in the valley, but being in the Sandia mountains we were well protected.
The staff called the next day to check on us knowing we were having truck problems.

If you like intimately knowing your neighbor this place is for you. You are no more than 15 ft from your neighbors in every direction.
Otherwise the place is clean and hospitable enough but it’s way too cramped for me. Pass.
