This was a good spot for an overnighter. Large spots in a gravel lot. Not much going on in Limon, but again a good overnight spot. Cheaper than the KOA down the road.

This place has everything you need for an overnight. There are five good-sized pull-through sites for overnighters. Most of the rest of the campers seem to be full-timers. For $40 plus tax you get a level pull-through site with full hookups. They have a decent area with a path for dogs (not off-leash, just a good place to walk the dog)... more

The owner met us and gave us a business card with the wi-fi information on it. They are actively improving the property. The day we were there they were trying to get trees planted before the weather turned worse.
The campground is a small urban campground. it's in a neighborhood with a lot of mobile homes. The numbers on sites could be bigger. We knew we had the middle site so we could figure it out. It snow-rained on us the night we were there. Colorado in the springtime.

Cindy went above and beyond in helping us out, as we were only staying one night but needed a place to leave our RV for a few nights afterwards. She accommodated us for a very reasonable rate.

Not really RV park campers but due to last minute change of plans, this was a nice quiet overnight stop. It but difficult to assess the camp site numbers at night. We arrived about 9ish and it was dead silent. Water hookup, electric and good internet! Close to I-70!

Free wifi and it’s strong!!! We like everything about this location for an overnight during a trip! Owner extremely responsive to phone calls and emails. There’s not a bath house or laundry - but I didn’t need those amenities. Not having that overhead keeps the camping fee affordable. Will definitely return when traveling through eastern Colorado!

We were headed into Colorado and Trailing Edge was a convenient place for us to stop. Because it was August, we were very thankful for the working electricity, water hookup, and great internet. Cindy met us and was super helpful in getting us settled into our site. By the next morning I had forgotten the wi-fi password (oops!) and texted Cindy. She replied immediately with the password and said it was no problem. Btw, the wifi had been updated by Cindy not too long before we were there and it worked very well. We highly recommend this RV park as a convenient stop off I-70. Nothing fancy about it, but super functional, quiet, and convenient. Be sure to call for a reservation. Cindy told us that after the week we were there (mid-August), she was booked all the way through Thanksgiving!

Long pull through sites 1-5 are reserved for short term stays.
A few even have your choice of two sets of utilities, front and back.

3) Turn right just past the utility building
4) Drive into your site, site 1 is on the far left, site 5 is on the far right

Minutes later, Cindy JOYFULLY called us to see if we were looking for a place and that she had a cancellation. She waited for us at the entrance with a smile and waving hand, drove us to our spot, gave us all the info we needed and a big MUCH NEEDED hug! We were so thankful for her hospitality... Our stay was peaceful, restful and so convenient! There was just enough lighting to see but not too much that it was bright in the windows. Perfect location off the highway!
Cindy, Your campground was absolutely perfect for what we needed and you brought us so much peace during what could have been a stressful event in searching for a last minute place to stay. We will definitely be back again!
