They weren't there but 5-6 hours but it was an unwelcome loud intrusion into an otherwise serene stay. The others were all nice in the campground and they do have a great dump station conveniently located at the entrance/exit. I will definitely stay here again.

Friendly Staff, with Friendly Staff, with clean well kept grounds by the water. My site was marginal for the length of the trailer, but the host made some suggestions, and it worked perfectly. I love how a majority of the sites have covered picnic tables.

This is a nice, clean campground, on the Arkansas River not too far from Conway. There is a convenience store within walking distance if anything is needed. Cell phone reception is good, camp host was very friendly. There was a basketball court, volleyball court and kids playground. It is next to the Highway but the speed limit there was 45mph and all I heard was the occasional loud vehicle.

Site was a little tough to get level in but other than that it was a great HUGE waterfront site! On the end next to a boat ramp and Lots of space! Covered concrete picnic table and metal fire ring.

The host called to confirm we'd be arriving, and walked straight out to give us our sticker when he saw us. The park was very well maintained and quite pretty. Bathroom/showers were clean and spacious. Our site was a paved back in site with good room between each site. Watch out for the "dips" and "bumps"! Take them slow. I look forward to staying again in nicer weather. $10 price reflects the $10 Senior Interagency Pass discount.

Our site is paved and level with a huge paved patio, picnic table, and fire pit/grill. Water and electric hookups only, but there’s a dump station. The bathroom/showers were a surprise because they were private! There were four (2 mens/2 womens) in each building with 3 buildings in the campground. They weren’t sparkling clean but it’s over the holidays so I’m giving them grace on that. We slept with the windows open and heard nothing but crickets and the water flowing. We’re here in December but it appears that all sites would be shaded in the summer because the place is buried in trees! Great price for a really picturesque stay. Totally recommend.

Our particular spot C-06 had no covering over the picnic table whereas all the others seemed to have one. It was clearly removed for some reason. There was nice shade at different points in the day from the big trees near us. Also, the spot had a fairly steep incline making it tough for us (first timers) to get the camper level from off the hitch. The interior spots at the park all seemed perfectly level. Looking at the other riverside spaces, most others seems to be at less of an incline, but tough to know for sure.
All that said, it is a great camping area to stay in. 50/30 power at the site and city water. Dump station near the front entrance.

Since this is a federal facility (Corps of Engineers), a 50% discount is available with a Senior Pass. $10/night is a bargain. Interesting to watch the dam operation and you see people fishing from the bank.
No WiFi, but our Verizon LTE connection was as good as it gets.
