Lakeview Landing Bait Tackle and RV Parks

On a gorgeous fishing lake. However the hook ups were VERY old and not maintained. Wires hanging. A sketchy man in a truck came thru to “sell his truck” but really yo check out people/ campers there. We felt unsafe and left, opting to spend the night in KOA 45 min away.
Owner is a nice man who bought the place when he retired from engineering. He built a new dock, put a couple cabins up. spends time hanging out and fishing but needs to spend some of this time on maintenance and cleaning up! There are only about 7 sites not marked.

Randy is a retired engineer who loves owning his campground. He has a wonderful, friendly personality. We just stayed one night I enjoyed walking down to the long dock and watching the pelicans takeoff flying. In the morning the lake was so beautiful. My 35’ A class a motorhome fit beautifully. I believe he only has 30 amps though. It’s a very small campground but did not feel crowded. I was here on a Monday night though, The restroom was locked so we did not use it.
