Pull through spots, quick check in, the best WI-FI I have had at any RV park. No toilet paper in any stall in the men’s restroom at 8:30 in the morning. I would stay here again.

Narrow sites. They were having some trees removed in the site next to and across from us. Created a mess on our vehicle and inside our rig. They could have informed us and we would have made preparations. Also, we had a serious issue with people, children and adults, walking through our site. We asked politely and then not so politely for them to stop. Complained to staff and were told that several others had complained as well. They sent out a general text asking people to not walk through sites but nothing other than that. It didn’t stop. There were also people taking their dog into the pool. Nuff said.

Although they were proud of their past awards, they fell down on the job with my visit. Bathrooms were not clean and had numerous maintenance issues, peeling paint, missing shower heads broken mirrors.
Most importantly, my first site had a voltage issue. I normally use a 50 amp, but 30 was all they had. My EMsystem was showing a voltage fluctuation between 103 and 113 volts. Fortunately, my system shuts off with low voltages. After reporting it, the manager shows up and starts arguing that it was my trailer at fault and they had issues with newer trailers and my trailer probably was at fault because it was 50 amp using a 30 amp pedestal. REALLY?? He finally put his own electrical meter on it and guess what! He had a voltage of about 111 volts. Now the excuse is that it was an old system 40 years old. Part of my worry is that unless a camper is using a good EMS surge protector, they would never know about the low voltage and the possible damage it was doing to their compressor on the air conditioner.
The park is located close to public transportation (train tracks). Only about 3-4 trains and whistles a day. Very easy access to the Centennial bike/ped trail along the Spokane River.
To be fair, this KOA has a staffing issue and was basically full everynight. Because of its good location, I would probaly give it another try.

In retrospective, I wish I had taken a backin site - that would have given us the privacy we wanted instead of the pull through.
We used their laundry and 3 out of 5 wash machines were broken. The dryer took forever to dry our clothes.
There is a train track nearby so you will hear it a few times a day.

Nice basketball court. The dog park was one of the better ones we’ve seen at a KOA - grassy with agility training equipment.
The park was pretty quiet overall - people were respectful - but there is a train just beyond the back fence. It was loud enough to wake us up once or twice.
Good and reliable internet with our hotspots.
Internet (with booster):
Verizon: 14 mbps down
AT&T: 20 mbps down
Park wifi: 3 mbps down
UPDATE: stayed here again 6/18/22. We were put into spot A3 which had more space between us and our neighbors than we saw last year. There is also a new bike path that takes you down to a path along the river - a great place to walk the dog. This KOA continues to be a good place to spend a night or two.

This was a spontaneous trip, and this KOA had availability. Many sites are narrow and have nice shade. However, the tree & electrical/water hookup locations rendered the first space we were assigned incompatible with our rig, which is only 26 feet bumper to bumper with a small slideout. The female employee who helped us was new, but super helpful and accommodating. She said they had only 2 other available sites. One worked, the other was worse than the original option. Currently, Barker Rd is under construction right in front of the KOA...the workers often set up the orange cones so the turn into the KOA is tricky, even without the trailer. Then there are the trains that run frequently within a stone's throw of the park, blowing their horns at each road crossing. Unless you are a heavy sleeper, don't count on having a full night's sleep. The park itself was quiet, the bathroom/shower facilities reasonably clean, the staff was friendly & helpful, and the Barker Road trailhead for the paved Centennial Trail meandering along the Spokane River is only 3 blocks away.
I know they can't do anything about the trains, but that will keep us from staying here again.
