Post Falls RV Campground

Positives
- all spaces are concrete.
- streets are paved.
- clean showers and bathrooms.
- Nice laundry room with 5 washers and 5 dryers.

Negatives
- Never could connect to the internet. I was told me that their internet was less than a meg.
- Heavy rust in the water lines. They had it repaired while I was there. However, it still had problems after the repairs.
- Expensive - during the season the monthly rate was $1,350/daily Around $100. After Labor Day is was $750/daily rate around $75.

I would stay here again if they fix the rust in water and I'd love to see them improve their WIFI.

We stayed at Post Falls RV Campground for three months. The park is very well maintained and all spaces are concrete with grass in between. The park has free WiFi which barely has enough speed to check email. They do have upgraded WiFi for an additional fee which we didn’t try. They can also fill propane on-site if needed.

The site utilities were great since everything is nearly new. Row E even has 100 Amp hookups which I've never seen before. But many sites have their sewer hookup in an odd location so you may need 20' or more of waste hose.

During our extended time spent there we didn’t really notice any issues other than a couple nights of loud parties. About 50% of the spaces are occupied by full timers, the majority of which you’d never notice. There were a couple of junked up sites but other than the visual issue there were no problems. However if you’re a light sleeper you’ll be waking to several diesel trucks starting up when the construction workers head out every morning.

The park is on a hill adjacent to I-90 so depending on where you are situated the road noise varies considerably. Back-ins I1 thru I9 and pull-thrus C1 thru C6 or E1 thru E6 appear to have the least freeway noise.

New campground as of October 2022. Expensive! At the current time there is no WiFi, no propane, the office is surrounded by dirt and construction debris, but that will change; everything is expected to be up and running around Spring 2023. The freeway is nearby and the noise is noticeable, and we were about as far from it as you can get. Maybe a soundwall is in the works; we didn’t ask. There are very few trees.

The sites are concrete and level, with grass and a picnic table at each site. Hookups are nicely located for most rigs. The showers are some of the best we have seen, large and cleaned daily, with a toilet and sink in each shower room. The only thing missing is a place to put your soap & shampoo. I guess they expect you to put it on the floor…

We had to sign three pages of legalese upon arrival. We were disappointed that we had to pay full price ($81/night!) for a site that was much larger than needed (smaller sites not available yet), and no WiFi, etc. “We told you that when you checked in” was the response. Wash and dry cost $6.50 for one load. We would have gone elsewhere, but in October in these parts, there aren’t many other options; other parks were closed for the season or full.

Looks like it will be a nice place at some point, but for the price we’d go elsewhere.
